Ultra-compact Cobot for Precise Automation in Confined Workspaces
The UR3e is a collaborative 6-axis robot with a payload of 3 kg and a reach of 500 mm. With a repeatability of ±0.03 mm and a compact footprint of Ø 128 mm, it is ideal for precise tasks in tight spaces. The robot weighs only 11.2 kg, is IP54-rated, and meets ISO Class 6/7 cleanroom standards.
Control is provided via the user-friendly Polyscope software on a 12" touchscreen. The UR3e supports interfaces such as Modbus TCP, PROFINET, Ethernet/IP, USB, ROS/ROS2, as well as digital and analog I/Os. Tool communication is handled via an M8 8-pin connector with 12/24 V power supply.
Typical applications include assembly, gluing, screwing, and inspection tasks. The UR3e can be directly integrated onto a table or into machines – ideal for companies seeking space-saving and flexible automation.
