Cobot de soudage Q-botics
Le robot de soudage collaboratif est disponible en variantes avec une charge utile de 5 kg ou 10 kg et une portée allant jusqu'à 1 455 mm. Il offre une précision allant jusqu'à ±0,02 mm, prend en charge des courants de soudage jusqu'à 500 A et traite l'acier au carbone, l'acier inoxydable et l'aluminium. Certifié IP65 et doté d'une détection de collision, il garantit un fonctionnement industriel sûr et stable.
Le système utilise un logiciel de soudage AUCTECH avec des bibliothèques de processus et de paramètres intégrées. La programmation est simplifiée par l'apprentissage par guidage manuel (drag teaching) avec contrôle de force et une touche de programmation rapide. La communication via les interfaces Modbus TCP et Analog/EtherCAT permet l'intégration de sources de soudage courantes et d'axes externes pour des configurations d'automatisation flexibles.
Idéal pour le soudage à l'arc, le soudage multipasse, la production en petites séries et les espaces de travail exigus.
