Robot collaboratif polyvalent pour l’automatisation industrielle de précision

Le Fairino FR5 est un robot collaboratif à 6 axes avec une charge utile de 5 kg et une portée de 922 mm. Avec une répétabilité de ±0,02 mm et un design compact (environ 22 kg), il est idéal pour la robotique de précision dans l’automatisation industrielle. Également disponible en version antidéflagrante en option.

Il prend en charge TCP/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU, et des protocoles optionnels tels que Profinet, EtherCAT et Ethernet/IP. La programmation est possible via C#, C++, Python, ROS/ROS2. Le contrôle s’effectue via un pupitre de programmation 10,1" ou une application web, avec une architecture temps réel EtherCAT.

Les applications typiques incluent le pick & place, l’inspection qualité, le collage et l’assemblage. Le FR5 est parfait pour les intégrateurs et les fabricants des secteurs de l’électronique, de l’automobile et du nouveau commerce de détail (new retail) à la recherche d’un bras robotique puissant et flexible.
